I have a serious obsession for all things food, whether it’s cooking, food shopping, dinner hosting, cookbook reading or writing. Food is a word that makes people happy, and a thing that brings people together, like my dad says, “with their feet under the same table”. Through my food writing I'm able to share my own food passions, discoveries, stories, memories and experiments with anyone who’s willing to listen, or anyone who's duct-taped to a chair. In the kitchen, I focus on fresh ingredients and straightforward techniques to create simple, delicious fare. And I’m not afraid of butter.
